You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. Only the costs for return* from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately €3.95 for a letterbox package or a digital stamp (without track & trace) van  €0.96.consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the bracelet with all accessories supplied will be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@wildenbergwear.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

*Why no free returns? That's because we want to prevent people from ordering too much unnecessarily. As a result, our contribution to CO2 emissions increases.

Shipping condition

We use a rate of €1.95 for letterbox packages in Netherlands, the order amount is €35,- or more, then the shipment is free.

We charge a rate of €3.49 for letterbox parcels in Europe, if the order amount is €50 or more, shipping is free.

You also do not have to stay at home for the shipment because the packaging falls under the letterbox packages and is delivered by PostNL or DHL. We currently use a delivery time of 2 working days to make and deliver the bracelet to size.
